Why are the names changing / who can I contact for support?

As part of the integration of Kaiser Optical Systems, Inc. into the Endress+Hauser organization, these product names are changing to ensure that our entire Raman portfolio fully aligns with Endress+Hauser’s corporate product branding conventions and global trademarking standards.

If you have questions or we can help to facilitate any necessary updates to your internal processes, systems, or documentation due to these changes, please contact your local Endress+Hauser sales center representative.

What is NOT changing?

The hardware, technology, service, and support associated with the above listed products is not changing. You can rest assured that your Raman instrumentation will function exactly as it did before with the same technical specifications, quality, and high performance. Since the product hardware and technology remains the same, probe refurbishment will not be an issue. In addition, probes can continue to be swapped interchangeably whether they are branded Kaiser or Endress+Hauser.

What will be affected by these name changes?

  • Analyzers will have new nameplates, labels, color schemes, and logos.

  • Probes will have identifying tags attached by stainless-steel chains, rather than etching on probe bodies.

  • New orders may ship with a mix of old and new branding until prior inventory is depleted.

  • Technical documentation will reflect new product names and Endress+Hauser branding.

  • Certifications are being updated with new branding. However, prior certifications will still be available if needed for process compliance.
